We only ship within Australia.
All orders are sent by Australia Post eParcel, which needs to be signed for and is trackable.
If we are given instructions for leaving the goods without a signature, we will not be held responsible for lost goods, if we can prove the goods were delivered.
Customer's postage is calculated according to the total value of items ordered.

The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the products ordered and allowance for shipping time. We endeavour to despatch your order within 1-5 business days after placement of order. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 10 working days (from despatch) within Australia.
Where your order is less than 3 kg. total weight, you will be offered an option of Express Post in checkout, which will prioritise despatch of your order.
