Delivery Charges
We only send goods within Australia.
All orders are sent by Australia Post eParcel, which needs to be signed for upon delivery, and is trackable.
If we are given instructions for leaving the goods without a signature, we will not be held responsible for lost goods, if we can prove the goods were delivered.
Customer's postage is calculated according to the total value of items ordered.

Brisbane Customers with postcodes of 4000-4209, 4500-4549, 4900-4999, 9000-999, 9400-9596, 9700-9799, 2485 $8.75
Gold Coast Customers with postcodes 4210-4229 $8.75
Pick-up customers incur no postage or handling charges

The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the products ordered and allowance for time for the parcel to reach it's destination. We endeavour to despatch your order within 1-5 business days after placement of order. Delivery time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 10 working days (from despatch) within Australia.
Where your order is less than 3 kg. total weight, you will be offered an option of Express Post in checkout, which will prioritise despatch of your order.
Please note as we are closed on Fridays, no freight will be sent that day.
