How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox upon placing your order with us. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order has not been finalised successfully.

 

Do you send goods to other countries besides Australia?

No, sorry we only ship to Australia.

 

What are your delivery charges?

How can I pay for my order?

You may pay with Visacard, Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Deposit, or Payment on Pick-Up.

 

Is it secure to use a Credit Card on your website?

Yes, it is. We do not even see your credit card details. You are transferred directly to Suncorp Bank Payment Gateway, where your Credit Card is approved, or notified if there are problems with your payment.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you may pick up your order. We just ask that you phone us and organise a time convenient to pick it up, allowing enough time for us to get your order organised for you.
