How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed online, or you can email or phone us.

I am unsure about the products I need and have some questions?
Please phone or email us with any questions you may have regarding our products! We are always more than happy to assist you.

Why can I only add a certain quantity of a particular item to my shopping cart?
Our shopping cart system will only allow you to add the quantity we currently have available in stock. If you require more items than what is available, please contact us
Alternatively, you can place your email address within the item on our website (where the arrow is on the envelope - click on that and insert your email address), and you will get an email notification when that product is back in stock.

What should I use as my username?
Your username should not include any spaces. If you use a space in your username, you will get an error saying "Incorrect username"

How do I know my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox upon placing your order. If you do not receive an email, your order has not been finalised successfully.

Can I pick up my order?
You can pick up a "Click and Collect" order from us. Place your order online, choose Click and Collect, and we will send you a text when your order is ready for collection. (Please wait until you receive the text informing you that your order is ready for collection)

How long does it take to get my order ready for collection?
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours Monday-Thursday.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be advised on Monday.

Can I shop personally at your location?
No, we operate an online-only store, and orders can be placed either online, via email or over the phone.
We are unable to process over the counter sales. You are more than welcome to phone or email us in regard to any enquiries you may have about any of our products. You are also able to pick-up your order from our location, provided your order has been placed prior.

What if I can't find the products I need on your website?
If you are looking for a particular product that you cannot find on the website please contact us regarding a custom order and we may be able to help you out.


We offer our comprehensive range at competitive prices online, for a higher quality product than major hardware stores, as we only specialise in sanding products. Our competitive pricing structure allows customers to purchase small or large quantities of quality abrasives online from well-known reputable quality manufacturing brands.

Do I have to order bulk quantities?
No, most of our items can be bought in minimal quantities; however, savings are to be made if you buy in box quantities.

Do your prices include GST?


We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment for your order.
For Express services - we need your order before 10.30 am (Queensland time) to ship the same day (subject to our workload). Please note we do not ship on Fridays.

Why am I not offered Express as a shipping option on checkout?
Usually, this is because your order weighs more than 10 kilos.  Please contact us to get Express Rates for your order.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, but the only other country we deliver to is New Zealand. Rates will be shown on checkout.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. If you choose Express, it will be shipped via Australia Post Express.
Please note: Signature on Delivery is required, by default, for all orders despatched. If you require your goods to be left at your premises without a signature, please leave a message in Customer notes in Checkout.

What does 'Waiting Manifest' mean?
You may receive a notification that your order is 'Waiting Manifest'. This status means that your order has been packed and is awaiting collection by Australia Post for that afternoon.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
You will receive an email from Australia Post when your order is despatched, and this email will contain an Australia Post tracking number for your parcel. Track your item here https://auspost.com.au/
