How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed online.

Do you have a phone number for enquiries?
Sorry, no.

Why can I only add a certain quantity of a particular item to my shopping cart?
Our shopping cart system will only allow you to add the amount we currently have available in stock.

Inventory Quantities
If, when picking your order we find an inventory issue whereby we do not have the required quantity of an item for your order, we will credit the stock we do not have available..

What should I use as my username?
Your username should not include any spaces. If you use a space in your username, you will get an error saying "Incorrect username"

How do I know my order has been successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox upon placing your order. If you do not receive an email, your order has not been finalised successfully.  (Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure it hasn't arrived there)

Can I shop personally at your location?
No, we are not open to the public and operate an online-only store, so are unable to process over-the-counter sales.

Can I pick up my order?
No, sorry we don’t offer a Click & Collect option.

We offer our comprehensive range at competitive prices online, for a higher quality product than major hardware stores, as we only specialise in sanding products. Our competitive pricing structure allows customers to purchase small or large quantities of quality abrasives online from well-known reputable quality manufacturing brands.

Do I have to order bulk quantities?
No, most of our items can be bought in minimal quantities; however, savings are to be made if you buy in box quantities.
We offer discounts on some of our products for an Order Quantity of a certain amount.  This discount will only be applied if the total number of the product is of the same grit and material.  For example, in Belts, the 10+ Items price is applied if the 10 belts are of the same grit.

Do your prices include GST?


Express Orders will be prioritised for despatch. Express Post is no longer guaranteed to be overnight by Australia Post.
Please note we do not despatch orders on Fridays.

We endeavour to despatch orders within 1-3 business days.

Why am I not offered Express as a shipping option on Checkout?
Usually, this is because your order weighs more than 10 kilos. Please contact us to get Express Rates for your order.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, but the only other country we deliver to is New Zealand. Rates will be shown on Checkout.

How is my order shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. If you choose Express, it will be shipped via Australia Post Express.
Please note: Signature on Delivery is required, by default, for all orders despatched. If you require your goods to be left at your premises without a signature, please leave a message in Customer Notes at Checkout.

What does 'Waiting Manifest' mean?
You may receive a notification that your order is 'Waiting Manifest'. This status means that your order has been packed and is awaiting collection by Australia Post.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
You will receive an email (please check your spam/junk mail) from Australia Post when your order is despatched, and this email will contain an Australia Post tracking number for your parcel. Track your item here

What happens if I don't collect my delivery from my post office?
If your order is returned to us because you have not collected it from the post office, we will process a refund for the cost of the goods, excluding freight. Once you receive your refund you are welcome to order again.
